Midlands Flooring Completed a second project in the heart of Coventry For Downing Students sitting next to its sister site we completed two years before.

The development consists of 385 student bedrooms and 100 one and two bed residential apartments.

Midlands Flooring was contracted to carry out all the floorcoverings and subfloor preparation.

We completed on site in August 2019
