Tolson’s Mill – Carpet & Timber Flooring Installation
We were proud to play a part in the transformation of Tolson’s Mill, a stunning heritage building that has been redeveloped into a collection of modern, high-spec apartments. Our team was responsible for the full supply and installation of all carpet and timber flooring throughout the development, helping to bring warmth, character, and contemporary style to this historic setting.
In keeping with the premium finish of the build, we supplied and fitted engineered timber flooring to the main living areas of each apartment. This provided a clean, natural look that beautifully complements the exposed brickwork and industrial features of the mill. The timber floors were chosen not only for their visual impact but also for their durability and long-term performance in residential environments.
For the bedrooms and circulation spaces, we installed high-quality carpets, adding softness underfoot and enhancing acoustic comfort throughout the apartments. The selected tones were carefully matched to the interior design scheme to ensure a consistent, high-end feel across all units.
Every element of the installation was carried out by our skilled in-house team, with careful attention to detail and full coordination alongside other on-site trades. From subfloor prep to final finish, we ensured that the flooring matched the design intent of this unique redevelopment project.
